SlingMasters.com,. stocks Vinyl Sling Spline in three sizes, 1/8" (Small) 7/36"(Medium) 1/4" (Large). Spline is Included with your Sling Order. Sling Spline is available in clear only. The size sling used will depend on the manufacture's frame size or the thickness of the fabric being used for the sling. For replacement purposes, you should measure the thickness of the original sling spline. The spline is designed to fit into the seam of sling fabric. We Include Spline with all of our Sling Orders... If you would like additional spline we do sell it by the foot for $0.75/ft, or by the Roll.

New fabric on a Chaise Lounge
I made my own spreader with a 1/2" diam x 6" carriage bolt in a drilled out 2"x 2" forming a tee with another 2 ' x 2". It worked very good except that I had difficulty with the tube (that carries the fabric) twisting as I stretched it out. I used a stillson wrench to turn it so that the attachment bolt could be threaded in. I suspect I measured the frame a little to snugly. The material is first class.
