The replacement slings are beautiful and the online picture is great but the actual fabric is awesome! Love the texture and quality of the fabric and have no doubt it will withstand Arizona sun and heat! From the initial contact, to the receiving of my order, every aspect was flawless. Don did a super job in responding to my questions, my slings arrive fast and their quality was impeccable. My patio furniture looks fantastic! I would highly recommend doing business with these folks.

Dealing with Sling Masters was very easy, and we got good advice about the product and fabric choices on the internet site and on the phone. Measuring and installation straight forward and well covered by on line videos and photos. Product arrived in about 2 weeks, installed slings on 4 chairs and 2 stools in about 4 hours, (we are rookies). Set looks great. pulling fabric tight is the challenge. The length 1/4" short but does stretch when pulled. May have been better to order 1/8 to 1/4 longer. the stretching tool a must and well worth the money; makes the job doable for us. Very pleased with Slingmasters, their product and people.

The order was perfect and arrived quickly.. The requested samples allowed me to select the perfect color. I agree with the comment by Bill Hamlet for removing the old slings. The easiest way to do it.

The replacement slings came as advertised in color and quality. The removal of old slings (16 yrs in place) and installation was a bit more arduous than the video depicted, but by the 4th chair we'd perfected the process. We'd suggest using a box cutter and cutting down the old fabric directly over the plastic insert and then using vice grips on the plastic insert for removal.

First Timer-I viewed the how to videos and it was a piece of cake after that. The product came in short order and was exactly what I ordered. The spreader was key to my success . I did six chairs in just a few hours. I plan to do four chaise lounges this year as well. I highly recommend this product
